Cioccolata Calda (Thick Italian Hot Chocolate)

Ingredients:

• ½ cup Yupik Organic Fairtrade 70% Dark Chocolate Chips
• 1 tsp Yupik Organic Arrowroot Powder
• 2 tbsp Yupik Organic Cane Sugar
• 2 ½ tbsp Yupik Organic Cocoa Powder
• ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 cup + 1 tbsp whole milk
• ¼ cup miniature marshmallows

Method:

1. Mix arrowroot powder with one tablespoon of whole milk and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, heat the milk and whisk in cayenne pepper, cane sugar, cocoa powder and dark chocolate chips. Slowly drizzle in the starch mixture and cook on low until the mixture thickens.
3. Remove from the heat and serve in two cups. Garnish with miniature marshmallows and enjoy!
