Whether we are adding red quinoa to a salad of greens and veggie’s, or making it the star of a salad with herbs and tomatoes, we love all the ways quinoa can go! Adding a cup-full of cooked red quinoa to a bean salad or a kale salad is an easy way to boost nutrition. One of our favorite ways to use red quinoa is in a basic tabbouleh salad recipe. The red quinoa bulks up the salad and adds texture! The fluffy and tender seeds soak up the olive oil, lemon juice, and natural juices from the tomatoes, making every bite savory and delectable!
