Q: I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
A: Click on "I forgot my password” on the Customer Login page to enter your username/email address and we will send you a reset link right to your inbox.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Through our secured payment page, you can pay for your order using Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Q: Is it safe to order online?
A: Because we value your privacy, we use Secure Socket Later (SSL) encryption to protect the security of your credit card information. You may have notice a closed lock icon in the browser before the link of our website in your browser. This icon indicates that all information you provide to us is stored on our secure server. It is equally secure and safe if you shop at our store in Montreal.
Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?
A: We currently only ship within Canada.
Q: How are your products packaged?
A: We offer 500 g and 1 kg formats, which are packed in resealable, transparent bags. Most of our products are also available in a case format, which is usually shipped in its original box.
Yupik superfood powders and teas are packed in resealable 250 g or 1 kg aluminium bags, which help protect the product from direct light.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are applicable within 14 days of purchase. Please refer to our Return Policy page for more details.
Q: Where can I find the lot number ?
A: The lot number of a product can be found on the label of the bag, next to the nutrition fact table. Below is an example.
Q: How shall I store my products?
A: You can find practical storage tips on every product page, under the section "Product Information". As a general rule, to extend the shelf life of your nuts, it is recommended to place them in the freezer. As a general rule for dried fruits, extend their shelf life by placing them in the refrigerator.
Q: Who is your organic certifier?
A: All of our organic products are certified by the reputable certification body Ecocert.
Q: Who is your kosher certifier?
A: Many of our products are certified kosher by the certification body COR.
Q: I want to know the country of origin of a specific product, how can I get this information?
A: Indication of the country of origin can be found on each product page, under the section "Product Information".
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our store and our head office are located in Montreal at 1385 Louvain West, Montreal, QC, H4N 1G6.
Q: Can I pick up an order from your store?
A: Absolutely! At checkout, select the shipping menthod "Pickup in store". You will be informed by email or by phone as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Q: Will my chocolate and/or candy products arrive safely during warm weather months?
A: Shipping during warmer months can be tricky. We recommend that you ship your package to your office or to any location that is temperature-controlled.
On our side, you can be assured that we take as many precautions as possible, including making sure your chocolate or candies are perfectly intact once your box leaves our facility. If needed, we will ship chocolate and candy products with ice packs to help keep your products cool for up to 24 hours and preserve them. Nevertheless, we cannot take responsibility (no refund or replacement) for damages due to warm weather conditions.
