We are committed to your satisfaction, and in the case that a product does not meet your standards, we will gladly take the time to ensure any issues are dealt with as quickly as possible.
Returns Are Possible Within 14 Days Of Delivery
You have 14 days from date of delivery to return items for free for a full refund if the item is defective, damaged, or the incorrect product and sold and/or fulfilled directly by YUPIK - otherwise customer has to pay for return shipping.
Due to the nature of our products, exclusions may apply. Before submitting a return request, please consider the return guidelines outlined below.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if
- The claim is submitted 14 days after delivery
- The product has been repackaged
- The product packaging is not intact (product has been opened)
- The product has been damaged by customer mishandling
- The product was not purchased on Yupik.com
Exceptionally, we reserve the right to refuse returns made on special orders, seasonal items and/or promotional items.
Please note that claims are processed on a case by case basis.
Received A Damaged Product?
If you receive a damaged product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, the product SKU number and a picture of the damaged item.
Please note that damage claims will not be processed without photos.
How To Return A Product
To return a product, please contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-844-687-9005 and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The product SKU number
- The product lot number (Where to find it?)
