The customer service team at Yupik.com is here to answer any questions regarding your orders. If any of the products you ordered do not meet your expectations, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Rules and Exceptions
Please note that our return policy only applies within 14 days of receiving the product.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return items free of charge for a full refund if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. The product must be sold and/or fulfilled directly by YUPIK. If not, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Additionally, due to the perishable nature of some of our products, exclusions may apply. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund based on the following criteria:
- The request was not submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product has been repackaged.
- The product packaging is not intact (opened packaging).
- The product was damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
- The product was not purchased from Yupik.com.
Exceptionally, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund for special orders, seasonal items, and promotional items. Please note that requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Promotions
Non-cumulability: All promotions cannot be combined with other offers. Each promotion must be used independently.
Discount Codes: Discount codes have an expiration date. Be sure to use them before they expire. Once expired, codes can no longer be claimed or applied.
Promotional Products: Products currently on promotion in the "promotion" category are not eligible for other promotions or additional discounts.
Forgotten Discount Code: If you forget to apply a discount code during checkout, no intervention from the team can be made to apply it after the order has been placed.
Order Cancellation/Modification
You can cancel any order free of charge within thirty (30) minutes of placing it. Please be aware that we start processing orders almost immediately. After the 30-minute window, the order will be delivered and can be returned following our return procedure. For further details, please contact our customer service at 1-844-687-9005 to check the status of your order.
Damages Caused by a Cutter
We will not accept any claims regarding damages caused by the use of a cutter or other sharp tools. Please inspect the product packaging before using a cutter to open it. To avoid damage, do not exceed 3/16 inches (approximately 5 mm) of depth when using a cutter.

- Your order number
- The product code
- The product batch number (Where to find it?)
