It tastes divinely, you just need to follow our revisited version of this recipe (Ready in less than 20 minutes) For 1 serving, boil a quarter cup of corn until tender. Mix it with 1 quarter cup edamame beans, half cup cooked quinoa, 1 green onion chopped in small pieces. For the dressing, in a small bowl, whisk 1 red bell pepper, 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro, 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, salt and pepper to taste and cayenne until well combined. Drizzle over your salad, toss to coat, and get ready to touch the sky at your first bite. This salad is a must-try!

Edamame are whole soy beans harvested before being fully mature. While mature edamame beans are beige or light brown in color, Yupik’s roasted edamame beans are green and preserve their bright, natural hue even after being roasted. The roasting process helps enhance the beans’ natural flavor without altering their nutritional richness.
