Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

• 1 banana
• 2 peaches, canned in juice or fresh, pit removed
• ½ cup vanilla yogurt
• ¼ cup coconut milk
• 1 tbsp Yupik Black Chia Seeds
• ¼ cup Yupik Roasted Sunflower Seeds
• 1 cup Yupik Breakfast Cereal
• 1 tbsp Yupik Aloe Vera Chunks

Method:

1. Place the banana, peaches, and vanilla yogurt in a blender. Mix until a smoothie texture is achieved.
2. In a small bowl, combine coconut milk and chia seeds. Stir and rest for 5 minutes.
3. Divide the smoothie in 2 serving bowls.
4. Spoon the chia seeds and coconut milk mixture on one side of each bowl.
5. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and breakfast cereal. Top with aloe vera chunks.
