Buckwheat and Hazelnut Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Yupik Roasted Kasha Buckwheat, cooked
- ¼ cup Yupik Organic Unsalted Roasted Hazelnuts
- ¼ cup Yupik Organic Diced Sun-dried Tomatoes
- 1 cup red onion, diced
- ½ cup cremini mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- ¼ cup fresh tarragon
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- ¼ cup toasted hazelnut oil
Method:
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix and enjoy.
