Buckwheat and Hazelnut Bowl

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup Yupik Roasted Kasha Buckwheat, cooked
  • ¼ cup Yupik Organic Unsalted Roasted Hazelnuts
  • ¼ cup Yupik Organic Diced Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • 1 cup red onion, diced
  • ½ cup cremini mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup fresh tarragon
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • ¼ cup toasted hazelnut oil

 

Method:

 

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix and enjoy.
