Buratta Fusilli Salad

Fusilli Burrata Salad

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 cups Yupik Organic Regular Fusilli, cooked, drained, and cooled
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup arugula
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 burrata
  • 2 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp harissa paste

 

Method:

 

Mix all ingredients together, except the burrata, and plate into 4 bowls. Split the burrata between the bowls and serve.
