Chocolate Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients:
Porridge
• 2 cups Yupik Organic White Quinoa Royal, cooked and cooled
• ½ cup Yupik Organic Vegan 70% Dark Chocolate Chips
• 3 tbsp Yupik Organic Maple Flakes
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream
Topping
• ¼ cup Yupik Organic Raw Almonds
• ½ cup fresh blueberries
• 4 sprigs mint
Method:
1. Place the heavy cream, maple flakes, and chocolate in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until the chocolate is melted and incorporate the cooked quinoa.
2. If the mixture is too thick, add 2 tbsp of cream at a time.
3. Spoon the porridge into 4 serving bowls and top with fresh mint, almonds and blueberries.
