Cranberry & Mixed Nut Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:
• 1 kg Yupik Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
• ⅓ cup Yupik Dry Roasted Unsalted Pistachio Kernels
• ¼ cup Yupik Dry Roasted Unsalted Hazelnuts
• ¼ cup Yupik Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds
• ¼ cup Yupik California Walnuts Medium Pieces
• ½ cup Yupik Low Moisture Dried Cranberries
• 1 tsp Yupik Mediterranean Fleur de Sel
Method:
1. Melt chocolate in a microwave for 1 to 2 minutes on low power, stirring every 20 seconds.
2. Mix in other ingredients.
3. Pour mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle with fleur de sel.
5. Cool at room temperature until completely set.
6. Cut, serve and enjoy.
