Ingredients:

• 2 cups Yupik Toasted Pearl Couscous, cooked and cooled
• 1 cup basil, picked
• ½ cup tomatoes, diced
• 1 bunch fresh oregano, picked
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp salt
• Yupik Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Method:

1. Toss the ingredients, add the lemon juice and olive oil, and serve.
