Ingredients:
Cashews
- 454 g Yupik Organic Raw Cashews
- 1 l apricot preserves
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
Material
- 2 l Mason jar
- Twine
- Wax paper
Method:
- Fill the Mason jar with the raw cashews and the sprig of fresh thyme.
- In a saucepan, heat the apricot preserves. Once it is bubbling, pour it into the Mason jar.
- Let cool for 30 minutes before sealing with wax paper and twine.
- Mature the mix for 1 month in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
