Tomatoes & Bocconcini Fusilli
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
• 3 cups Yupik Organic Regular Fusilli, cooked and cooled
• ½ cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
• ¼ cup Bocconcini cheese, drained and dried with a paper towel
• 1 tsp chili flakes
• 1 cup arugula
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
