Ingredients:
- 2 cups Yupik Organic Raw Walnuts
- ½ cup Yupik Organic Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup, Yupik Organic Pitted Deglet Nour Dates, diced
- ¼ cup Yupik Macadamia Nuts, Medium Pieces
- ¼ cup Yupik Organic Cranberries
- 2 tbsp Yupik Organic White Cocoa Butter Chips, Vegan
- 1 tsp Yupik Mediterranean Fleur de Sel
Method:
- Line a 8x14 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, add the walnuts, dates, and cocoa powder. Blend for 3 minutes until a dough forms.
- Place the dough into a bowl. Stir in the cranberries, white cocoa butter chips and macadamia nuts.
- Press the mixture into the baking dish, flattening it with the base of a Mason jar. Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with Mediterranean fleur de sel and serve.
