Vegan Macadamia Nut Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Yupik Organic Raw Walnuts
  • ½ cup Yupik Organic Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup, Yupik Organic Pitted Deglet Nour Dates, diced
  • ¼ cup Yupik Macadamia Nuts, Medium Pieces
  • ¼ cup Yupik Organic Cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Yupik Organic White Cocoa Butter Chips, Vegan
  • 1 tsp Yupik Mediterranean Fleur de Sel

 

Method:

  1. Line a 8x14 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, add the walnuts, dates, and cocoa powder. Blend for 3 minutes until a dough forms.
  3. Place the dough into a bowl. Stir in the cranberries, white cocoa butter chips and macadamia nuts.
  4. Press the mixture into the baking dish, flattening it with the base of a Mason jar. Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with Mediterranean fleur de sel and serve.
