Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Yupik Whole Raw Cashews
• 3 tbsp Yupik Shelled Raw Hazelnuts
• 1 tsp Yupik Brown Flax Seeds
• 1 tsp Yupik Hulled Sesame Seeds
• ½ cup cooked (¼ cup raw) Yupik Basmati Rice
• 2 tbsp Yupik Roasted Golden Chickpeas
• 1 avocado, sliced
• ¼ cup carrot, shredded
• 1 cup mixed greens
• ¼ cup red bell pepper, seeds removed and diced
• 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
• 2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
• ¼ cup cucumber, sliced rounds
• ¼ lime, thinly sliced
• 3 tbsp spicy hummus
• 1 pinch Yupik Ground Black Pepper
• 1 tsp Yupik Mediterranean Fleur de Sel

Method:

1. Sprinkle the chickpeas and avocado with sesame seeds and fleur de sel.
2. Add ground black pepper to the carrots.
3. In a deep bowl, add spicy hummus to the center.
4. Add a mixture of rice, red onion, and pomegranate.
5. Fill the remaining space with mixed greens.
6. Top with carrot, avocado, red bell pepper, cucumber and roasted golden chickpeas.
7. Garnish the bowl with flaxseeds, raw cashews, and raw hazelnuts.
