Watermelon Caprese Salad

Ingredients:

• ¼ cup Yupik Organic Pine Nuts, toasted
• 2 cups scooped watermelon balls
• 1 cup Bocconcini, drained
• 1 cup fresh basil leaves
• 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
• ½ tsp Yupik Mediterranean Fleur de Sel
• Yupik Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Method:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix gently. Serve in bowls or on a large share platter.
