MEDITERRANEAN SEA SALT, FINE

Flavourful and filled with natural minerals, one taste of our Mediterranean Fine Sea Salt will convert you away from table salt! Pearly-white and coarser than table salt, sea salt is a wonderful substitute for common salt. Since sea salt isn't refined or processed once it’s collected, it generally has a milder taste than that of table salt. The minerals left in sea salt make for a pure, natural tasting salt, unlike the bitter notes of table salt. Mediterranean Fine Sea Salt can be used right out of the package, ready to top food or be cooked with.
HEALTH BENEFITS: There’s a difference!
Mediterranean Fine Sea Salt does not contain any chemicals, nor is it stripped of its minerals like many common table salts. It has neither been treated with ionizing radiation nor contains ingredients treated with ionizing radiation. Whereas, table salt contains additives to keep it from clumping and often iodine or is entirely made of sodium chloride. We think it’s worth switching to sea salt and leaving out any harsh additives from your daily food consumption.
CULINARY TWIST: It needs salt!
Love to BBQ in the summertime? Try topping your grilled steaks and hamburgers with Mediterranean Fine Sea Salt to taste how spectacular sea salt truly is! Love dessert? Top cake or cupcake batters with sea salt to compliment chocolate-flavored treats. You have to try one of our favorite ways to enjoy sea salt: top your cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and a light sprinkle of sea salt to achieve that irresistible sweet and salty combination!
ABOUT SEA SALT: Did you know?
Mediterranean Sea Salt is collected from the water of the Mediterranean Sea. Water is left in pans under the sun until all of the moisture is evaporated. Once the pans are dry of moisture, only the salt in the water remains. It is then crushed and sold, without processing!
HOW TO STORE SEA SALT: Long live salt!
Store salt in a cool, dry place with no expiry.
