Made from the dried, ground vegetable, organic cauliflower flour is a fine, creamy-white flour with a neutral flavour. Cauliflower flour makes an interesting alternative to wheat flour or rice flour. Use it to make breads, cakes and other baked goods to replace flour in a cup-for-cup ratio.
