CULINARY TIPS
Yupik toasted coconut chips can be used in sweet foods, such as granola, oatmeal, yogurt, cakes, cupcakes, rice puddings, and to top ice cream. You can also use them to make a tropical salsa: just combine them with fresh mangoes, avocados, minced red onion and cilantro, then add olive oil, lime juice, salt, and freshly cracked, and enjoy!
