Yupik's organic all-purpose gluten-free flour mix is a gluten-free alternative to wheat flour, in a one to one ratio in your recipes. Made from long grain brown rice, organic tapioca starch and organic chickpea flour, it makes a wonderful thickener for gravies, soups, stews and is an excellent option for gluten-free baking.
