Organic cassava fine flour 20 mesh is a staple food in tropical regions where it's grown. The cassava plant root, sometimes known as yuca, is a starchy, high-carbohydrate tuber that is similar to yams and plantains. Cassava flour can replace wheat flour in baked goods recipes and makes a wonderful thickener for gravies, soups and stews.
