ORGANIC WHOLE EINKORN

Einkorn, also called “littlespelt,” is an ancestral wheat species that earned its name from the fact each spikelet contains one grain, as the German words “ein Korn” literally translates to “one grain.” Yupik organic whole einkorn is the hulled berries of that plant. Entirely natural, it has a subtle, lightly sweet taste that is perfect for porridge, salads, and any other dish that inspires you! CULINARY TIPS To cook our organic whole einkorn, combine 2 parts water to 1 part einkorn in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
